Meet our dedicated lead supervisor, Felicia Miles! Felicia graduated from high school as a CNA in 2005 and her passion for working in the senior living industry has grown every day since! She studied nursing and social work while in college at North Carolina Central University before moving on to become our lead supervisor.

Felicia chose senior care because she enjoys being challenged to practice compassion and patience regularly. She said that she viewed Wexford House as a new opportunity, unaware that she would soon develop irreplaceable attachments to staff and residents that she said she loves and wouldn’t change for the world. 

As lead supervisor, Felicia is tasked with ensuring that the Wexford House team is providing the highest quality of senior care, maintaining a resident-driven mindset that fosters an engaging and comfortable environment for our seniors. Her affinity for leadership is evident in her work every day.

Felicia is a woman of many talents! When she’s not working, one of her favorite things to do is bake. She graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Atlanta and loves to create delicious dishes in her free time. She also loves to travel, but said spending time with family is her number one priority.
